Idea: The person who Checks In to their Dunkin’ the most at the same time with the same coffee purchase is the Top of the Cup—and gets their coffee for free for as long as they can stay on top.
Integration with Dunkin' Digital Menu Boards would increase the visibility of the app, encourage competition with leaderboards, and renforce the brand positioning.
